Weird title for a post, but I am looking for some fun and creative ways to help my children (even my 2 year old) to eat with adventurous hearts. Also, suggestions for toddler constipation are greatly appreciated.

give the little one acidophilos on a regular basis. You can get it at Raisin Rack. Get the powdered kind that is in the fridge section. Add it to a drink or yogurt or applesause. Powdered magnesium is good for that too. Kim Crawford
Miralax...both my kids have bowel issues and our ped. doc. told us to use this. It is safe and gentle for children. You can mix it in juice and they really do not know. Also when my nephew was at the Children's hospital for his E. Coli, they told Tina to use the same stuff for him.
