So, my doctor said that the people who want to know the most are usually the ones that can't find out. That would be ME! This is not a joke...we really do not know.
The baby was in the typical fetal position facing down curled up in a ball. Here are some images that she captured.
In the first image, the baby is curled up with it's booty facing the heavens. It's knees are tucked under it's belly.
